16 SEPTEMBER TO 22 SEPTEMBER 2026 · UPDATE 07
The top of the funnel is now the strongest it has ever been and the middle of it is the weakest. Four more companies came on in seven days, which makes eight new names in three weeks and eight customers sitting at exploratory call, more than a third of the entire board. Against that, Space Design Architects signed their design off on 29 August and their build has still not started. Twenty four days. Aurelle went from design approval to a finished signed-off website in twenty, so this one customer has now spent a complete delivery cycle waiting for the work to begin. Of the five follow-ups this report asked for last week, one was done.
Every company entered since the tracker opened on 19 June. Up from eighteen. All twenty one are now distinct businesses, because the duplicated record this report flagged last week has been resolved.
Bioair Lifestyle and Simply Music on 15 September, both entered after last week's update had gone out, then Beta Insights on 17 September and SB Foodie on 20 September.
Twelve carried over plus the four new names. Nobody was lost this week and nobody was closed, so the losses still stand at the four from July.
Rsolute Inc, in development since 9 September. Still the only customer ever to reach the build stage, and still the only one there.
Of sixteen. Only one live customer on the whole board, Waterline, has a follow-up date still ahead of it. This is the worst reading this report has carried.
What actually happened between 16 and 22 September: two stage moves and two new companies. Atosh (SG) moved from mockup demo to purchase order in progress on 16 September, which is the step this report had been waiting on since the customer submitted their fifteen page Business brief. Beta Insights came on on 17 September after a first meeting on 16 September, with a questionnaire due to go out before a mockup is built. SB Foodie came on on 20 September after a discovery call on 18 September, with a mockup to be prepared before the package is confirmed. Add Bioair Lifestyle and Simply Music, both entered on 15 September after update 06 had already been sent, and that is four new names in the week and eight in three weeks.
The one thing that has still not happened, and it is now beyond the benchmark: Space Design Architects signed off their design on 29 August, submitted their content brief on 17 August, and their build has not started. Twenty four days. This report asked for that build in update 05, again in update 06, and asks for it a third time here. The reason it matters more this week than last is arithmetic, not emphasis: Aurelle went from design approval to a finished, signed-off, live website in twenty days. Space Design has now spent twenty four days before the work begins. Whatever happens next, this customer can no longer be delivered at the pace the previous one was, and nothing is outstanding from the customer or from Salesworks to explain it.
Two record changes worth a line. First, the duplicated Atosh record is gone. Update 06 reported the same business on the board twice with two different packages, and the board now carries one Atosh record, entered 11 August, carrying the Business package the customer's own brief asked for. That is the one follow-up from last week that was closed, and it was the one that risked a build being scoped to the wrong package. Second, CK Tan Law Corporation moved backwards on 16 September, from purchase order in progress to request of quotation. No note was added to the record explaining the change. Read against the rest of the file it looks like a correction rather than a loss, because the customer has been recorded as awaiting a sign-off rather than raising an order since July, but the CRM does not say so and somebody should put a line against it. [UNCONFIRMED: why CK Tan was moved back a stage on 16 September. The move is in the stage log, the reason is not recorded anywhere in the CRM.]
One package still unset. Humansco is the only live customer on the board with no package recorded, and they asked for a detailed package list on 14 September. Waterline, which carried no package across six consecutive updates, now reads Business. That question is closed.
Read this way: eight of the twenty one companies on this board are at exploratory call and one is in development. The shape has gone from a pipeline that was not filling to a pipeline that is filling at the top and not draining through the middle, and the middle is the part we control. Four customers sit between a signed decision and a finished site: Rsolute in build, Space Design signed and unbuilt, San Ho held on an internal approval, DC Marketing held on an order that has shown as submitted rather than approved since 5 August. Of the sixteen live customers, eight are waiting on us, six on the customer and two on Salesworks. That is the first week where the number waiting on us is half the board.
| Company | Package | Stage | Days in | Waiting on |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rsolute Inc | Core | In development | 67 | Us, and correctly so. Design approved 4 September, content brief submitted the same day, build opened 9 September. Eighteen days into a twenty day clock, so this week decides whether it matches the benchmark. |
| Space Design Architects | Business | Onboarding | 60 | Us. Design signed off 29 August, content brief in on 17 August, nothing outstanding from the customer. No build recorded twenty four days on. |
| San Ho Technologies | Core | PO signed | 57 | Us. The customer signed on 6 August. A plan pricing exception has been sitting for approval since 11 August, forty two days. |
| DC Marketing | Core | Onboarding | 64 | Us. The order was loaded into the portal on 5 August and still shows as submitted rather than approved, forty eight days on. |
| Atosh (SG) | Business | PO in progress | 42 | The customer, for the order. Moved forward on 16 September once the brand and distribution question was settled. The duplicated record is gone and the package now matches the brief. |
| CK Tan Law Corporation | Premium | Request of quotation | 74 | The customer, for a fair reason. Mr Tan is in the middle of a court case and signs once it ends. Moved back a stage on 16 September with no reason recorded. The oldest open record on the board and worth a courtesy check. |
| Waterline LLP | Business | PO in progress | 64 | The customer, for the paperwork. A quotation was issued on 15 September and the order has not come back. The only live customer with a follow-up date still ahead of it, set for 30 September. |
| PIU PTE. LTD | Core | Mockup demo | 60 | Salesworks. Still keen as of 6 August, due to update in the week of 10 to 16 August. That window closed thirty seven days ago. |
| CECO Construction & Engineering | Lite | Exploratory call | 54 | Salesworks. A chaser went out on 11 August and nothing has come back in the six weeks since. |
| New Lucky Shoes | Business | Exploratory call | 14 | The customer, and a scope question for us. They carry over five hundred product pages, which is well beyond what the Business package is shaped for. Settle the scope before a mockup is built. |
| I Women Wellness | Core | Exploratory call | 11 | Us. First meeting 9 September, questions clarified 11 September, mockup in preparation. Eleven days and no mockup shown yet. |
| Humansco | not set | Exploratory call | 8 | The customer. Discovery meeting on 14 September. They asked for a detailed package list and will return the questionnaire once they have chosen. The only live customer with no package recorded. |
| Bioair Lifestyle | Core | Exploratory call | 7 | The customer. Met on 15 September. The owner is discussing it with his business partner. His existing site was looked after by his son, who no longer has the time, and the site has since been compromised, so the need is real and immediate. |
| Simply Music | Core | Exploratory call | 7 | Us. Met on 15 September. He wants to see a mockup before deciding and is sending reference sites he likes. |
| Beta Insights | Starter | Exploratory call | 5 | Us. Met on 16 September. The questionnaire goes out first, then a mockup, and the customer decides on the mockup. |
| SB Foodie | Lite | Exploratory call | 2 | Us. Discovery call on 18 September. A mockup is being prepared, and the customer confirms the package once they have seen it. |
| Aurelle + Aesthetics | Core | Handover signed | 95 | Nothing. Delivered and signed off on 2 July. |
| Chic Coook | not set | Lost · competition | 95 | Told us on 23 July she had chosen another vendor. |
| DLUXETRIBUTE LUXE | not set | Lost · no urgency | 60 | Wanted an existing online store managed, which is not what the package covers. |
| Livepure | not set | Lost · no decision | 95 | Customer overseas, return date still unknown as of 5 August. |
| Luxury Mattress | not set | Lost · no urgency | 95 | Discovery call rescheduled by the customer, new date never given. |
On the days in column: it counts from the day the company entered the tracker, not from the last time somebody set its stage, so a two day old record reads as two days old. That choice matters more each week, because the habit it was protecting against has not changed. All four of this week's new records were created with the follow-up date set to the day they arrived, exactly as the four before them were, and none of the eight has been moved forward since.
Space Design approved on 29 August with no build recorded. Aurelle went from the same gate to a finished signed-off site in twenty days. This wait is now longer than that entire delivery.
Approved 4 September, in build since 9 September. Eighteen of Aurelle's twenty days used. Two days remain to match the benchmark exactly, so this week is the one that decides it.
Of sixteen. Nine were due between 14 and 21 August, so thirty two to thirty nine days past. The other six are recent arrivals whose dates were set to the day they were entered and never moved.
CK Tan at 74 days, Rsolute 67, DC Marketing 64, Waterline 64, Space Design 60, PIU 60, San Ho 57, CECO 54, Atosh 42. Every one has been on the board longer than the twenty eight days it took to build and deliver Aurelle.
The figure across all sixteen live customers is 48, but that is only because eight names arrived in three weeks. The original group has not moved: it ages seven days every week, and this week it reached sixty.
Where the time actually goes. Eight of the sixteen live customers are held on our side and that is the highest it has been. Four of the eight are new arrivals waiting on a mockup, which is ordinary work in progress and should clear in days. The other four are not: a signed design with no build at twenty four days, a plan pricing approval open since 11 August at forty two days, an order showing submitted since 5 August at forty eight days, and a mockup in preparation for eleven days. Two customers are with Salesworks, including a promised update from the week of 10 to 16 August that never arrived. Six are genuinely with the customer, and four of those six arrived inside the last fortnight, which is exactly where a customer should be at that age.
What it costs when the wait runs long. Chic Coook is still the honest example, and the pattern this board keeps repeating is hers. Five weeks of follow-ups went out, nothing came back, and on 23 July she told us she had gone elsewhere. She had seen the mockup on 6 July and liked it. The eight new names that arrived in the last three weeks are the best top of funnel this channel has had, and every one of them is at the same point Chic Coook was: interested, and waiting on us to show them something. Four are waiting on a mockup right now. The difference between this being the best month the channel has had and a repeat of July is whether those four mockups go out this week or in three weeks.
Brief on 4 June, website live and handover signed on 2 July. Everything included: content gathering, images, amendments, build and sign off.
Aurelle approved the design on 12 June and had the finished site in their hands on 2 July. This is the clock the two signed customers are measured against.
The usual wait for a ten page business website across the market. Aurelle came in at roughly a third to a half of that.
Approved 4 September, in build since 9 September, eighteen of the twenty days used. Still inside the window, but only just, and it has not reached showcasing yet.
Approved 29 August, no build started. The twenty day window has been spent entirely on waiting. This customer cannot now match the benchmark on any measure.
Why this number is the strongest thing we have to sell, and why it is being spent rather than earned. A customer choosing between us and a design agency is usually told to expect two to three months. Aurelle proves four weeks end to end, with the site live and signed off, and that is the line worth leading with in every exploratory call. Eight companies have arrived in three weeks who will hear it. The problem is that we currently have two chances to prove it a second time and one of them is already gone. Rsolute is eighteen days into a twenty day window with the build open and can still land it or come close. Space Design is twenty four days in with no build open and cannot. No delivery date has been promised to either customer and none should be until a build is actually scheduled, but every week that sentence has to be written is a week the twenty eight days gets harder to say with a straight face. Two more delivered sites at anything near Aurelle's pace turns one proof point into three, and three is a track record rather than an anecdote.
Top of this list for the third update running. The design was signed off on 29 August and the content brief came in on 17 August, so there is nothing to wait for and nobody else to wait on. Rsolute cleared the identical gate in five days. This is the one decision on the board that is entirely ours.
New this week. Simply Music, Beta Insights, SB Foodie and I Women Wellness are all waiting on us to show them something before they decide, and I Women Wellness has been waiting eleven days. These are the four cheapest wins on the board and the four most easily lost.
The customer signed on 6 August and cannot move until the plan pricing exception is decided. Open forty two days, up from thirty five last week. A yes or a no both unblock it, and San Ho is the next customer after Space Design who could reach build.
Loaded on 5 August and still showing submitted forty eight days later, up from forty one last week. Rsolute and Space Design were both approved within a day or two of loading. DC Marketing has simply been missed, and it stays missed a week at a time.
Fifteen of the sixteen live customers are past a date somebody set, and eight of them carry a date matching the day they were entered. This was item five last week and nothing was set. Until a date exists, nothing on this board is scheduled, and the ageing in section /04 is what happens instead.
What happened to last week's five: one was done. The duplicated Atosh records were resolved and the record now carries the package the customer's brief asked for. Space Design's build, San Ho's pricing approval, DC Marketing's order and the follow-up dates were all carried unchanged into this week, and each is seven days worse. That is the honest reading of the week: the selling is working, four more companies came on, and the part of the process that turns a signed customer into a delivered website has not moved in a month.
One line for the meeting: the top of the funnel has never looked better and the middle has never looked worse, so the only questions worth the time are who starts Space Design's build and by when, who gets the four outstanding mockups in front of the four customers waiting for them, and who owns San Ho's approval and DC Marketing's order, both of which are now older than the entire time it took to build and deliver Aurelle.
